Forever Hijab aims to portray true to colour and real life images for products, however the lighting, your phone/PC Desktop display and brightness may mean that sometimes the colours are slightly different.

 

VIEWINGS:

We acknowledge that customers may need to view our hijabs before purchasing for colour matching/coordinating with their outfits and that is why we offer viewings from time to time. If you are someone who would like to view before purchasing please send us an email. All viewings must be held in accordance to the Covid-19 guidelines with social distancing and mask wearing.

 

CHANGE OF MIND:

We have a 3 day exchange policy for items in our store for exchanging colours/shades, but we are not obliged to provide a refund for any purchase. In the case where a full return must occur, we will provide store credit of the original purchase value.

In case of a return, items must be in original undamaged condition with the correct packaging. Customers must cover the cost of shipping the item(s) back.

Exchanges or returns do NOT apply to international orders outside of New Zealand. If a product is faulty we will refund the product amount.

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

Forever Hijab strives to ensure that items sent are clean and damage-free, but in the case where you receive an item that is not up to the standard, we will provide an exchange or store credit of that item's value.

Forever Hijab is not responsible for any damage that has occurred during transit to your postal address. Any concerns regarding this must be raised with the third party shipping company.

 

SHIPPING + PICK UPS:

We allow contactless pick up services from our location based in Avondale. Payment must be made prior to picking up your order.

Forever Hijab couriers items using an overnight courier service via a third party (e.g. NZ Post or Aramex), but sometimes there may be delays outside Forever Hijab's control.
